Tele Callers

  • Generate leads through telecalls, and emails; generate new business leads, and actively support the sales team.
  • Maintain the lead database of existing and prospective clients.
  • Arrange meetings for the Sales team and follow up on the same.
  • Record sales data and other information.
  • Handle walk-in customers and ensure proper coordination between the company, the sales team, and its clients.
  • Develop, maintain relationships, and ensure prompt service and support to the clients either in person or via telephone calls and emails.
  • Record clients’ feedback, and market information (If any)
  • Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports.
  • Support in making pitch presentations & participating in client meetings.
